Kate Harrell has been studying various forms of yoga for the past 9 years, having come to yoga through a degree in Eastern philosophy in New York.
She focuses on the synchronisation of breath and movement in yoga to find an inner sense of peace, emphasising a non-competitive, non-dogmatic approach.
Her classes are dynamic, strong, flowing and meditative, with a sense of humour as Kate encourages students to free their hearts and quiet their minds.
